Is 3 Min Read Equal to Curation?

Not in general but specifically for my stories

Whenever I write and publish a story of 3 minutes or more read time, it gets curated.

I’m not sure whether it’s automatic or something else. But it happens every time I did so.

Still, I sometimes write shorter stories of 2 min or 1 min read time. And they never get curated.
